25 Days of Christmas - Photos with The Grinch

Today the girls and I had some Christmas shopping to do for our cousins. So we headed to my favorite Family owned local independent bookstore, Changing Hands. I LOVE this store. They have a great assortment of books a wonderful kids section with great books and toys, even gently used books too.



And this bookstore hosts events all the time. Today was no exception. Their guest of honor was THE GRINCH!



So we headed over. We read some books. Listened to a book reading of How The Grinch Stole Christmas. Shopped for some gifts. Checked out some toys and then had our meeting with the Grinch :) After we had some iced gingerbread cookies. It was just as much fun as last year.



Afterwards we headed to Trader Joes for some shopping, grabbed some lunch and had a picnic in the car. Then we headed home for some down time, dinner, and met up with a bunch of kids in the neighborhood to play outside till dark. :)
